OK so I gave the fighter lady in Act 1 the Owlbear egg. Met Blurg and Omeluum in the Underdark and finished their stuff. Now I'm on Act 3 and Blurg is not in The Lodge, Omeluum is not in the Iron Throne and there is a scaly faced Dwarf that's asking me to sell him the Gith egg. I was spoiled on how this whole thing was supposed to go down so I know that most of these guys are supposed to be dead because of the Owlbear egg but...there is still an NPC asking for a Gith egg and a whole bunch of others that only have one line of dialogue. If they're not dead for some reason, then where is Blurg? Why isn't Omeluum in the Iron Throne? Act 3 has more bugs than the rest of the game combined. I cannot find any info about this online. Anyone else experienced anything similar?
