Deltia's gaming any good?

So since BG3 is my introduction to DnD, I'm very careful with who I trust. I see that Deltia's Gaming posts builds that are more detailed than any guide for a class I see and was wondering if anyone on this subredit would say that his builds are credible. Saw Deltia posted a Sorlock multiclass and figured I'd try it out but don't know how well reputable Deltia is.
