What do you point blank refuse to do, consequences be damned

I know I am missing out on seeing a different branch of story but I won't kill Isobel or Aylin and won't let Last Light fall. I've gone through Act 2 literally dozens of times, but I won't do it, I won't let them die.
What - if anything - serious or story altering, are you adamant about (I know most of us slap the hand and punch Adrian....I am thinking more consequential)

You can kill the goblins and still get Minthara. She just can't die in that battle. (I usually enter friendly with the goblin prisoner from the grove, and then click my passives to do non lethal damage.) She'll show up later if you just knock her out.
