Help Please Shadow heart Is Gone

I am in act 3 on my honor run. I just completed the house of hope, I left and I am upstairs where it defaults to teleport you when you leave the house of hope. I went to camp I switched over to another party member (gale) he said party was full that I would need to have someone stay behind. I switched out Shadow heart we then had a conversation about her parents after the conversation ( now she is gone completely) I long rested, I went back to the house of hope, went to where I last seen her parents, tried talking to withers to see if I needed to collect her or revive her.. nothing She is just gone along with all the inventory she has on her. How can I fix???
