I wanna start a new run. I pretty much have only done CHA classes and elf, half elf, and one molded race (half dragon) runs so far.
Actually I did a gloomstalker run for my first playthrough at release.
I like CHA classes best thematically ( bards, locks, and Pallys are just the kind of stuff I like. I like spellblade type characters.)
But I wanna do something different for my tav and keep them as a good party face. I also wanna pick a race with interesting dialogue choices.
I know barb has cool dialogue that can use intimidation but karlach is my barb. Do other classes have stuff like that? Like unique dialogue that can pass checks without CHA? I don't need to pass them all, but it'd be cool to pass some, especially late game.
I hear detect thoughts is good too.
As far as race goes, I wad thinking tiefling but worry that most of the unique interactions are gonna be mostly act 1. Gith is another option. Does half orc have good ones too? I thought I remember half pics having intimidation dialogue checks too, but not sure.
Any ideas would be cool.
Also, I don't wanna play as rogue, druid, or wizard. Rogue cuz I've done it, druid cuz Halpin and jaheria, wizard cuz it's just not my thing
