Lift the Shadow Curse Bug?

Hey, has anyone found the solution to resolve the "Lift the Shadow Curse" bug? I've already united OL with TH, however every time i speak to halsin at camp, its just "i can feel change in the air" and thats it. nothing new is happening and the quest wont complete or continue
has anyone found a solution?
