Which class(es) get the best gear? Which get left behind?

I feel like Monks and Warlocks get a lot of gear that have special features just for them, whereas classes like Fighter or Barbarian don’t get much aside from just the weapons being stronger overall.
Maybe I just missed out on all the good stuff?
