Does anything like Solastas "community" mod exist?

I was thinking about playing again once the new patch comes out. After 30 min of browsing mods on the Nexus, I made it through about the last week's mod contributions. There's so much content and it's so hard to vet! Does anything like Solasta's "Community" mod exist?

For people that haven't played it, the Community mod was a compilation of the most stable, and balanced mods that added missing PHB content, rules, or quality of life mods.

If that doesn't exist, anyone have recommendations? More content, rules closer to PHB, more PHB spells, classes, subclasses, items ?
