Okay, so the other day I took out Gortash and used best-girl-Karlach to get her revenge when fight was over (1 guard still standing as he was slow coming back up the ladder after being thrown through the bell mechanism opening)..

Karlach monologued but didn't leave quite yet (walking) and I send gortash's stuff to her before her portrait vanished from party menu. Finished Orin fight and said I still need Ketheric's stone....went to inventory - nobody has, nor does stash. Went back up wyrmrock and killed steel watchers who are brain-controlled now, and gortash's body is empty.

I can't find his armor or his stone, and I'm hoping it will miraculously appear when I face the brain because that's all there is left to do.

Anybody have this sort of thing happen before?
