So while I was playing bg3 I had the thought "man Larian really captures how your DnD party members tend to be freaks, just a bunch of weirdos" and then I asked myself "who out of all of them is the most normal"

Now by normal I don't mean our real life standards for normal, they can all do magic bullshit

I mean in universe normal, if I had a conversation with someone in Faerun, just like a regular person and told them about my party members who would they have the least amount of questions about

And I think... It's Laz'el

Because she's a regular Gythianki, being a warrior Gythianki who is overly serious is probably the most normal thing anyone expects when meeting a Gythianki and normal in their own society

Shadowheart is a close second but being a follower of Sharr, at least from what I've read/heard in the game seems like a thing only weirdos do

So yeah... Laz'el is like...the only normal person in the party
