After 296 hours, I discovered the Sponge Tray...

One thing that always bothered me was how the cut scenes consistently displayed blood and gore. However, halfway through my second playthrough, I noticed an item called 'Sponge Tray.' To my surprise, upon selecting this item, I found my characters completely clean. FML...
So for those of you who want to keep your characters squeaky clean, look out for this item.
