I’ve re-downloaded the game three times checking multiple times to make sure Show Genitals and Cinematic Nudity were turned on as well and making sure I’m scrolling down all the way in the character creation screen and still nothing. I saw some say this can be from downloading a pirated/ outdated version but I purchased the base game from steam and it says it’s up to date. Is this option exclusive to the digital deluxe version? Between re-downloads I’ve tried turning the setting off and on, restarting the game, and restarting my computer and nothing has worked. What am I missing here?
Truthfully I’m not too bothered by not being able to customize that part of my character but it’s concerning to me a basic part of the character creation is missing from game I paid for.
