How to still get the Blood of Lathander

I haven‘t played my main playthrough in a while and I want to get the Blood of Lathander now. However, I realised I must have sold the Ceremonial Battleaxe on accident because I thought it was just another useless magical item 🤦🏽. Now, I tried to search all traders‘ inventories (at least all that seem plausible (haven‘t interacted with “enemy” traders) but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Can I still get the Blood of Lathander or is it lost? Is there maybe another way to get it?
