While I was save scumming to see what happens if you pass all of your checks to dominate the brain the first time. After realizing that nothing happens if you pass it. After realizing that Gortash dies no matter what I reloaded an earlier save and attempted to kill and loot him. The only further save that I had was right before the cutscenes of the Elder Brain rising out of the pool, I attack him and we go into a cutscene and we have a quick conversation and then instead of the normal cutscene it cuts to the Empire telling you that he pulled you put in time. Not useful for everyone but it might be useful for speedrunners. Thought I'd share.
