So I’ve managed to get the lower and levels and have killed all of the enemies including the boss that guards the neurocitor.
However, Toobin was blown up into gore by an automaton that exploded so I can’t even use speak to the dead on his corpse.
I’ve read about getting an item from an NPC called Wulbren but apparently you had to rescue him from the tower in act 2 and I never did that.
I also only have the one save so I can’t revert back. Am I screwed on completing this quest?
