Patch 3 Broke Act 3?

I keep encountering areas where my game just spontaneously crashes since Patch 3; there are areas in front of Sorceress Sundries, the Sewers and Elfsong Tavern seem to be instantly crashing my game when they try to render despite having no issue exploring those areas days ago, pre-Patch 3.
Anyone else experiencing similar crash events since Patch 3? I had a save pre-Minsc Sewers and now I literally can’t even load it without crashing my game.
