So I have this amazing item (playing as a moon druid) called the shapeshifters hat.
1 wildshape charge and 1 on nature checks. SWEET!Although, it does NOT work.
I had 3 charges when I first put it on but now I dont have them. (Yes, I have tried long and short rests.)This makes this super awesome item next to useless for me....Please fix!
Edit: I only have 2 charges now after every long or short rest
