Uses for 90% cacao chocolate?
Post Body
I’m new to the baking world, but trying to get better. My boyfriend got me a bar of Lindt 90% cacao dark chocolate for Christmas and the taste of it alone was too bitter for me. I’m a huge dark chocolate fan, but I think this one would be better in a recipe than by itself. Does anyone have any recipes or ways to use this chocolate so it doesn’t taste so harsh?
