I wish you luck! This was my third attempt at a crust. The other two ended up straight in the trash. I never got past mixing the dough together, it wouldn’t come out right!

The crust is the hardest part! The filling is just pumpkin purée, sugar, heavy cream and spices!

That’s what I was originally going to do actually! But I switched the recipe I used and they didn’t require it. I’m going to be baking another one though, so I can try it again. The recipe I used called for 450 for 15 minutes and then dropping it down to 350 for 55. Do I need to adjust these times if I blind bake it?
