Ingredients 2 cup of flower ½ cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup shortening 2 eggs ⅛ tsp Raspberry flavor (optional) ½ tsp Vanilla ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Baking soda ½ tbsp Of cocoa powder 1 cup white chocolate chips Half bar of white chocolate(optional) Raspberries to preference 4-6oz of ghiradelli melting dark chocolate
Directions Preheat oven 350 Start by mixing your sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, eggs, and shortening until smooth. Next melt your dark chocolate melting chips, let cool slightly before adding to dough. Next mix in your Vanilla, baking soda and salt. Add flour and mix until combined and smooth. Add your white chocolate chips. Chop raspberries and add to dough
Can substitute shortening for butter
