My first attempt at homemade croissants

This was by far the most challenging thing I’ve ever made. They aren’t perfect by any means, but they do taste really good! So much respect for pastry chefs. This took patience and muscle to roll out the dough precisely and fast. Many times I was like, why am I doing this? I may have even cried a little bit when my dough layers weren’t very nice. 😂🙏
