Knockoff of the NYT recipe. I made ahead because a busy week’s end before the party Sunday.
Day one cookies were excellent.
By day three hard, stiff and vamipirized of all moisture! even though in an air tight in the fridge.
I put a slice of bread in the container, I’m hoping they will be a little revived by tomorrow for a party.
Any other tricks?
