Strawberry and honey sponge roll

It really made my day to see my macarons were upvoted so much so I had to try my hand at a decorative sponge! The filling is strawberry and honey whipped cream and I stabilized it with cream of tartar. The top is drizzled with strawberry simple syrup and choco chips 🍓🍯
