Hi Iām a 20M from Boston, Massachusetts. I am a college student who has an opportunity for a three month co-op in Shafter (I would live in Bakersfield) I am looking to learn more about the city, more specifically life in general there, I am more introverted than extroverted and am worried about being alone for the three months I would be there. Anyone have any comments to give me a slight idea of what it is like in Bakersfield, from things to do on days off, as well as night life and activities in the city? I appreciate any input, feel free to comment or DM.
