i don't even think that latin girl is actually black cause what does she mean growing up in the bronx she was "allowed" to say nigga...? if you're black (dominican or not, you'd just be a BLACK DOMINICAN) why wouldn't you be "allowed" to say nigga?? this whole scene irritated me cause why is a white woman the only one with common sense??? & im so sick of people from the east coast & new york area using that as an excuse to say nigga. basically they have no back bones over there cause we don't let that shit slide where i'm from!

yea you're right everywhere is different cause some places black people have a backbone & other places they do not. it's not a slang word that should be in your vocabulary if you are not black & it's that simple. it's a slur that BLACK PEOPLE decided to reclaim because WE have the right to do that. i find it so funny how nigga is the only slur nonblacks wanna use when there's a plethora of slurs for other races. if you're not black you have no business saying it & if you say it in my city you'll get slapped cause it's disrespectful
