We all hate cops here. But what plans do you want to see on how to police cities?
Post Body

Just wondering what plans you all want to see come into fruition. I would personally like to see community elected officers serving on police forces. Keep police local would me my motto. I would also have bi-weekly meetings with the public to discuss issues and to be transparent with my community. I would like to have a committee of elected members of our communities to serve on an oversight group that publishes it's reports live and online for everyone to view. I want officers to be "boots on the ground" and start walking beats in residential neighborhoods, small urban areas, and near schools/community event spaces. I would like to reinstate miranda rights and increase community visibility of the police (more Community Outreach, Charity, and Events).

What would you like to see?
