I'm 33 and I've been driving for 15 years. I've never been in an accident, hit someone, or even been close to hitting someone. I'm an extremely prudent driver, I always drive the speed limit, and I take pride in my conscientious driving. I was driving through an under construction road that had been separated into two parts. Not a single other car was on the road or in the intersection. A cop pulled me over for not stopping long enough at the stop sign, and verbally berated me and belittled me while I nodded and agreed because I'm a woman and I was scared. it felt like it was because I was a woman, and it felt unesseccary, and I just sobbed in my car afterwards because I had been sexually harassed the day before.
