Security is a thankless job, with shit pay, shit benefits, and guards need to not risk jail time or even arguing with anyone. I always say, you pay me shit, expect shit work. You pay me the minimum, you get the minimum work in return.

Absolutely! I realized this early on. Most security agencies treat their guards like garbage.
