Attempt #2 at vertical fillet weld

I think a bit improved from yesterdays attempt but still have a ways to go, let me know what you think and please be brutally honest. Thanks all! I left the joint attached to my setup for the pictures today as I feel it shows better then if it took the picture of them vertically.
