I went to Uni to study visual arts. There were a few classes that were required as foundation classes. One of them I had a professor who was problematic in different ways. One day before we started class she showed us her next project. It was her going on google maps, screen shorting random places, removing evidence that the images were taken by google maps then claiming them as their own. I donโt know what made me blurt this out. Maybe it was the lack of sleep. Or the fact that I was hungry so kinda hangry or all the above. But I asked โisnโt that plagiarism or at least copyright infringement?โ Silence from her but a few of the students piped up to to ask the same thing. She stopped what she was doing and we started class. For the rest of that semester she treated a few of the students and I like trash.
