Is this illegal?
I have horrible neighbors and can go on and on about what they’ve done. One is a female child molester who is walking the streets scott free, her criminal animal abuser son, and their lazy unemployed friend who has been working on their house for almost a year. The past year has been nothing but construction site and it’s extremely annoying. He has all these weird people in the backyard and in and out of that house it’s ridiculous. Drilling in the early mornings, having pick up trucks on top of my property, having them wheel rocks on top of my grass, parking in my handicap parking spot, etc. I wish there was some sort of a law or something that could not only help me out, but the neighbor on the other side of this toxic, so-called neighbors.
The last couple of days I’ve noticed they are taking buckets of what looks like concrete watery residue, and dumping them into the streets where the cars are parked at. I have everything on video and I’ve taken pictures of what it is. I don’t understand why they don’t dispose of it on their property. But that’s the type of people they are. Would this be considered illegal fly dumping of toxic chemicals? There’s a lot of stray cats, possums, and occasionally raccoons that linger in the area once in a great while. I can’t imagine them trying to walk past this let alone, maybe taking a sip. What do you all think? Do you think this is illegal? Fly dumping of toxic chemicals? I live in Chicago Illinois, and I’m not sure of the laws that pertain to this. I’ve thought about calling the police regarding this. Obviously, they will probably know it was me that called the police. But those chemicals are not too far from where I’m parked at.
