I live next door to very horrible people. A lady in her late 50’s who at 29 slept with a 13 year old boy, had 2 kids with him who are now in their late 20’s. They are no longer together. She has a crippled boyfriend who never works and doesn’t do nothing with himself, and the boy is now in his early 40’s with another woman with new kids of his own. Buy this lady walks around with a chip on her shoulder, I don’t understand how she never got in trouble with the police or is not on any sex offender registry. I have a 13-year-old son and it feels weird living next to somebody like this.

As I mentioned her crippled boyfriend lives there, but also her criminal son who is in the police registry if you look him up. He’s another lowlife who has thrown rocks at our dogs, which we did go to the police and they wanted to put a warrant out for us arrest but at the time we didn’t want to make things worse so we declined. He’s just a lowlife chicken who acts when he with his other friend. The other friend also lives with them. He’s unemployed and plays Bob the builder all day long. He’s very brazen. He has blocked the neighborhood with his truck and hitch and even made cars wait while him and his criminal friend were unloading things after trailer. I’m surprised nobody went up to him and started something with him. The friend also blocks the alley as well. I have a handicap spot as the cripple guy next to me. But this guy has been told not to park in my spot when I’m not there. He constantly keeps parking there. I have security cameras, and even though the police even came for one of the incidents with him doing that he still keeps on doing it.

I conceal and carry, and I am really getting close to the point where I’m going to have to do what I have to do to defend myself especially if this gets physical in a two versus one situation. In the meantime, as far as parking in my handicap spot goes what can I do? He’s obviously not getting the point and the police even came and he just doesn’t care. Can you help with any suggestions? As far as the child rapist mother goes would I be able to file a report stating my uneasiness with my now teenage son living next-door to her? We’ve been living in the neighborhood for 15 years and they’ve been living there for about 10 so we have seniority over them in the neighborhood if it matters.
