Takeno's Cavalry goes (almost) Infinite
Post Body

A fairly simple combo. To begin, you only need 9 cards in hand and access to 20GGGGGUUWR. I personally recommend using all swamps and chromatic lantern and/or heartbeat of spring for style points as this combo uses no black cards whatsoever. First, cast Takeno’s Cavalry. This pinger is the card that you are going to kill them with, unfortunately, it can only hit attacking or blocking spirits. Therefore we will play Vigor and Xenograft naming Spirit, which means that Takeno’s Cavalry can now ping itself in order to grow in size. Unfortunately as this is a tap ability we need a way to untap it repeatedly. Therefore cast Isochron scepter and imprint To Arms on it, as well as a Greenwatcher Druid to provide the infinite mana for scepter activations. Unfortunately as the scepter does not untap itself we also need to play March of the Machines to turn it into a creature. Finally we play Mass Hysteria, giving all our creatures haste to perform the combo immediately and Crowned Ceratok in order to allow our mighty Cavalry to trample over any puny weaklings looking to chump block it. Once all the pieces are in place, simply attack with your cavalry, use greenside watcher’s ability to pay for isochron scepter, play To Arms, untapping all of your creatures and drawing a card (value!) , have Takeno’s Cavalry ping itself a few million times (repeating the untap step each time) and trample in for lethal. Note that this is not an infinite combo and holds some element of danger as the draw effect on To Arms is not a may ability, and is as such it is possible to deck yourself while going off.
