So I’m a brand new customer to BD and have been anticipating on getting a mini Rex with medium firmness for a while. I wasn’t able to find one that was supposedly in the inventory tab until Friday (Nov. 18th). Would this be considered a custom, even though I was never able to actually customize it? My order status has been labeled as “Order Accepted Making Your Fantasy Real” for the past 4-ish days and I’ve also paid for the additional FedEx overnight shipping. Sorry if this sounds like an impatient rant. Perhaps I accidentally skipped over some sort of heads-up during the purchase. I’m just not sure how long I should expect for the toy to ship. Thanks. ^{^}
