Archer: where is it the widest?

I'm hoping that anyone who has a BD Archer can let me know where it is the widest. Is it at the rim of the head, mid shaft, or does it flare all the way down to the base of the shaft and only get widest there? It's hard to tell in the pictures. This is in regards to the uncut Archer, but I'd welcome answers from those with the cut Archer, as, although there dimensions are slightly different, they seem to have the same shape.
