Naughty-Fox Toys Firmness?

Anyone have experience with naughty fox toys? They have an XXL Santos I'm looking at but it's medium firmness. Is that too firm? Says 00-50 but...
I assume that's in line with most BD mediums though I know some of my mediums are more firm than others
