Boiling BD toys?

I’ve never boiled toys but I have seen people say it’s a good way to clean toys. I have seraphina s/m and Ika s/m
Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Recommendations on temps, is there a certain type of pot I should use or avoid?
What type of boil should I place them in? A low boil or a high boil?
Thanks so much for any tips you can offer, I really appreciate it.
