My good way of getting ready for anal.

After I have sat on the toilet for a while and got what I can out. I put in a tunnel plug and use a shower attachment. It makes it much much faster. Everything just comes out immediately. Done it 4 times now, and I love it. Haven't found the perfect tunnel plug for it yet, but I really recommend this.
