This game feels too easy right?

I’ve played about 3 full run throughs so far and loved it, but it kind of feels like it’s too easy to beat the last boss. My second and third run I even tried forcing some meme builds for fun and still managed to beat the last boss. I came here from Slay the Spire, and the difficulty of that makes it super replay-able.
Anyone else have similar thoughts? Should I just be doing more infinite mode? I’d love to play more but I feel like anything works too easily.
