Serious: The Brotha is Insecure & Since He Can't Articulate w/ Words, He Projects a Toxic Masculinity
Post Body

Look, I'm in my 40s and all this Big Deal shit is sad and weak. Weak as in weak minded. Young Men, if someone you know disrespects you, you stand firm and handle it swiftly. If you aren't present, you go to your Brother and correct the action. If there is no compromise, articulate amongst YOURSELVES. If you can't agree together, hold court with additional people until it's resolved.. and dead it.

There is nothing wrong with disagreement. Somewhere along the way, this internet clout got Men so fragile in their self confidence, that a reaction is literally their FIRST thought.. without even thinking about conflict resolution. How can anyone be a "Boss" without conflict resolution? They can't. It's that simple.

Why is disrespect so much a part of, in and affiliated with this community and sub? Shit is weak for real

Edit: Lastly, a lot of yall in this sub is quick to be disrespectful in the comments and call folks out their name because there are no ramifications.. because you're on reddit. That tells me you've never been punched in the mouth. 99% of yall talking super greasy on here are computer bangers. Big Feels aint foolin no one, and neither are yall
