Reglue or buy new climbing skins?

I just started back country skiing. Bought some used skis and skins. The skins are real dirty with hair and can leave a bit of residue on my skis. I bought a new pair of BD skins last year and they ripped on my first run. I lost the receipt. Is regluing my G3 skins worth it and does it work or should I bite the bullet and buy a new set of climbing skins?
