Ortovox Peak 45 vs Deuter Freescape Pro 40+?
Post Body

Sup, looking for a larger volume touring/alpine pack. Iā€™m an avalanche educator, apprentice splitboard guide, and SAR member so volume and rescue tools pocket is a must. Will also use it for ice climbing so I want real ice tool holders. Being a splitboarder I do really appreciate snowboard carry with back panel access. I like the modular helmet carry on the Peak 45, but also really like the extra volume of the Freescape Pro.

HMG is too expensive so looking at these two options but open to similar suggestions. Anybody use these packs and have opinions to share?
