ZWAT not unlocked

I know this is a common problem, I more want to know if anyone has developed a way of knowing which missions have or have not been tracked post December patch. I completed every mission with Jim alongside a buddy. He got his skin, I didn’t get mine. I’m on game pass so be that as it may. Can’t really justify potentially wasting time repeating something for a ZWAT skin if its not my fault it didn’t show up in the first place. Kinda bummed out.
