Does dancing with too many beginners harm your level?
Post Body

I'm intermediate level. I like dancing with beginners because i know it's difficult in the beginning and i want everyone to have a good time. However, sometimes at the end of the night, i end up feeling like i had such a bad night because i danced with too many beginners. I wonder if i keep dancing with followers below my level, if it would also bring my level down.

The problem in my local scene is that we have very few good followers (or they don't go social dancing often). A relitavely larger number of better leaders. That means the good followers are almost always taken. If i don't want to stand and wait for 90% of the night, it means I'll have to dance with 90% beginners and 10% intermediates.

Personally, i do feel that my own level is going down. Any tips?
