should i stop babysitting for this family ?
Post Body

i started babysitting for my boss at the coffee shop where i work, she schedules me 3 days a week from 7-2 to watch her 2 year old son and she said she'd pay me 250 a week. so i start my first day and when i got to her house she wasn't awake yet, I had to call her and wake her up. she said the schoolbus had already left so now i had to watch her 2 other kids as well. it didn't bother me because i love kids, and having the two older ones would help because they knew what their little brother needed. 2 o clock rolled around and i asked how soon she'd be home, she told me that neither her or her husband would be home until 5 pm. i was slightly annoyed but i didn't express it because i was having fun and i had nowhere else to be . although it was taking away from a day off with my partner. the next two days i got there at 7, put her two older kids on the bus and watched the 2 year old. both days i left at 330 then she paid me on friday and it was 150 dollars. 100 less than she'd promised. this morning i went to her house to babysit and she was asleep, usually the doors unlocked so i tried to let myself in but today was the one day it was locked. i called, knocked on the door, knocked on the window, to no avail. so i called several more times and texted that if they wasn't up soon id have to go home. i waited in my care for 10 minutes with no response so i went home. THEN she called me about an hour later asking me to come back. i told her no this time because it's snowy and it was hard enough getting there and back the first time. should i quit ?
