I have several convictions of assault and drugs.. I’ve never been to jail. As someone said, convictions dont equal jail. A conviction is being found guilty and charged for a crime. It does not mean jail.

The record of court proceedings are public ON THE DAY of court. They will have their name in the court listing ON THE DAY.

Court records are not available to the public to find out if someone has or hasn’t a charge. Very different circumstances.

That’s not how it works. If thats how it worked then i could get anyone’s criminal record then extort them for example. Criminal records are not available to the public on the internet.

Employers can apply for record checks in varying degrees. I myself can apply to have my own criminal record. I CANNOT as a normal member of the public request someone else’s criminal record. It’s privacy.

Also. Court records and criminal records are different. A court record is a record of the court listings on the day. The court listings dont tell you what the person is being charged for. It tells you they are in that day, that’s it. A criminal record is a record of your convicted charges. These are not available to the public.

I am thank you. Richard’s story was not only inspiring but we shared many common themes, mindsets and traumas. Pretty much everything apart from the stalking tbf haha! It all happened to me when I was younger and it took years and my youth from me. A lot of processing. A magic mushroom experience (big dose, closed eyes, dark room) changed my life.

That’s one example from 3 years ago. This isn’t a criminal record either. So whilst I get your point.. it’s still not the evidence needed or proof of anything in anyway. If it were useful then it would have already been used in all of this.

Also upon investigation.. it does not store ALL criminal JUDGMENTS.. so it’s not as useful in this case as you’re making out to believe. Criminal records ARE private. That’s it. End of. And so they should be, it’s naebodys business.

Hmm I wouldn’t say proud.. I’d say im just getting happier the further back I see it in my past. I was harming myself every day, mentally and physically. Drugs, self loathing, hopelessness and self imposed torture. It took A LOT of falling down and getting back up but I kept faith. Faith I received from the mushrooms. If I didn’t receive that faith in myself and the universe then I would have had nothing to build upon and live for.

I lived my life with a total lack of responsibility to myself in the end, I didn’t care about anything. I’d tripped loads before and on quite a lot of different psychedelics.. but I’d always feared losing control. When I relinquished control and gave my trust to the mushrooms.. I had a massive therapy session. I’ve been admitted to a psychiatric hospital numerous times and tried many different tablets. None of that worked. Mushrooms did. I have a whole proper trip story but I’m not gonna bore anyone with that. I’m writing just enough to let people know it works haha!

Mushrooms in that same trip got me to stop smoking just not straight away. I’m happy cid worked for you and I’m glad to be talking to a fellow advocate. I wouldn’t have went as deep otherwise.

Everything you’ve said.. I just said. Also, the information MAY be out there.. that doesn’t mean the public can access it. It’s not hard to find the reasons why you can and cannot give the public free rein on public records such as criminal records.

So anyway. You might be polis but you dinnae ken the law and for open source research? Well how come it took me 5 seconds to google the laws regarding criminal records. Cos it states no member of the public can access criminal records unless they are a prospective employer or you are worried for the safety of children.. in which case I’d assume there’s barriers in place to stop lets say.. someone from, Reddit finding the real name of a UK resident then extorting them using the info/criminal record.. the info having been given from a government body?
