After watching the Piers Morgan interview this is the only thing that makes sense to me. Netflix would not release such statistics of the evidence they have without being fairly certain they are true and that there is reasonable proof the stalking did occur. But the way Harvey emphatically denies basically all of it doesn't make sense. She knows it can be easily proven. So I actually think that she has no real intention of this truly seeing the light of day in court, has either already worked a deal out, or is hoping to use the total denial to leverage a deal, with Netflix, and this is all intentionally done to make her seem more crazy and generate more controversy and hype for the show. It always comes down to money.
A reasonable person will believe she plead guilty and was convicted. They gave you the exact Google search to find her.
She will get a settlement and she will deserve it.
Netflix either was careless or they actually want this publicity but they will pay her.

They will settle and she will too because they have all her emails and texts. She only wants a piece of the action.
