This is my second BLW baby, but I've forgotten basically everything. I want to introduce potential allergens before / as close as possible to six months. I remember doing thinned-down peanut butter and Bamba, eggs are easy (omelette strips, right?), dairy is easy, strawberries are easy... what are the other common food allergens (especially commonly anaphylactic ones), and the best forms to introduce them in? Babe will be six months old in a week. Thanks in advance!
