For those who are working in office settings, I am curious as to your offices mask wearing policies. We are required to be in the office a few days a week at the moment, although I have only been going in about once a week. I did notice when I was in last week that very few people were wearing masks. In my city you must wear them in public spaces (elevators, lobby, etc), but once you fob in to the office, they aren't required. For example, there were groups of people close talking and laughing in the hallways with no masks on. I asked HR about this, and was told its not a public health order so they can't force people to wear them. This is quite unsettling to me, but not sure if I really have a right to ask to work from home until the baby comes in May.
