Currently 23w and trying to get some insight on birth experiences. I pretty much decided I’m wanting unmedicated, but definitely getting the epidural if the pain gets to much for me. I’m also curious of the other pain relief options and definitely welcome them lol, It just seems like epidural is riskier medication and I am trying to avoid if possible. But I know things happen and nothing really goes to plan! I’m looking into different classes and hypnobirthing atm. Im looking for CONS of each option please! :)
